Solid files, prepared decisions, structured partnerships.

Documents and landmarks representing the two directions of the Canada–Africa corridor
The corridor

Two directions of travel, two distinct difficulties.

Towards Africa, the main difficulty is qualification. Towards Canada, it is form: the expected structure, documents and terminology. We handle both.

About us

A Canadian company serving the Canada–Africa corridor

VECTAFRIQ GLOBAL PARTNERS Inc. works on the documentary and organisational side of operations between Canada, French-speaking Africa and other partner markets.

Between Canada and the African continent, sound projects move slowly because information cannot be verified, counterparties are poorly qualified and documents fall short of what the institution, funder or decision-maker reviewing them expects. The Company produces what a file lacks in order to be reviewed, and coordinates the people who carry out the work.

To prepare our clients' decisions, qualify their counterparties, build their files and coordinate the execution of their operations, with documents in which every statement can be traced.

Qualify

Verify what can be verified, write down what cannot, and tell the client before any costs are incurred.

Document

Every statement refers to a dated source. Every assumption is presented as an assumption.

Coordinate

One written mandate per contributor, a schedule, a quality check before delivery, an archived close-out.

Our method

Twenty steps, five phases

The same process applies to every mandate, whatever its size. It is published because clients have the right to know, before signing, how their file will be handled and when they will be consulted.

Standing reservation A person listed in the ecosystem is never assigned work automatically. No fee is owed without a mandate accepted and formalised in writing.

    Our services

    Five families, twenty services

Preparing a documented and sourced VECTAFRIQ note

    Our editorial line

    • Each note addresses a question a business leader asks before incurring costs.
    • Each note carries a date of writing and a list of its sources.
    • When one source contradicts another, the note says so instead of choosing silently.
    • A note that becomes outdated is marked as such rather than withdrawn.
